You recieve an interactive hologram transmittor.
It starts itself up as you hold it in your hand. A screen of text materialises from tiny laser beams shooting from the device, forming the following words:
*There have been many recent scientific developments that have improved the functionings of different organs and tissues. Which aspect do you want to learn about?*
You poke your finger through one of the below:
[[>The eyes]]
[[>The arms]]
[[>The chest]]
[[>The brain]]
[[>The legs]]
The image flashes to this screen.

[[Inspect the boots?]]
Despite the two-dimensional nature of the screen, you reach into it and pull out a pair of cool glasses.
You obtained an **Ultra Space Visor 9001**! It protects your eyes against UV radiation and lets you see in the dark! It's also waterproof!!
[[Nice!->Start]]
You tentatively reach your arm through the gaps between the otherwise miniscule pixels to touch the soft material. It feels like *euphoria*, and you see your life flash before your eyes for a full 30 seconds afterwards.
This definitely belongs to you now.
You obtained a **Life-support 2.0**! It regulates normal earth pressure and keeps the air flow circulating for insulating or cooling effects! It's also very comfy. Although it does not come with a steady pension or tube.
You equip it in delight.
[[Iiit's soooo gooooooooooooooooooooooood.->Start]]
With your cool **visor** casually perched on your nose, your **body suit** on, your **gas mask** around your neck, your **hat map** nestled on your head, and your **combat boot** bunkles glinting, you point heroically towards the future.

[[Hang on...->Start 2]]
You use your strength of will to grasp the gas mask.
You obtained an **Respiratory Balancerisinator**! It is a high-end breathing apparatus that ensures you breathe clean air, proportionally filled with gases so you don't get lightheaded, like when you have a buildup of oxygen in your blood!
[[Aw H to the yeah! And H is hydrogen, just so you know.->Start]]
Looking closely, you see that these boots are made of *real* recycled rubber! Wow! These are part of the new, in-fashion **Innocuous Brownies** footware collection, made for trendy teens who deserve antique soles!
You obtained an **Innocuous Browny**!
You are going to be popular now! People are going to think you are so cool! Everyone will want to be friends with you! The world, you now hold it in your grasp!
[[World domination, here I COME!!->Start 2]]
You obtained a **map**! You don't know where you will go, but you definitely know where you *won't* go.
You fold the map into a hat and put it on your head. Good luck on your Path to Enlightmentment. I must warn you that you'll cross a certain land called Religion one day. The people there are like pop-up ads.

Hey, look! A new one appeared! To space you say? Alright!
[[Space!!]]
So. Space.
The transcendental plane that humans have not traversed. With its miraculous formations of galaxies positively humming with energy, cramming ineffable amounts of existances all into one of many hearts that beat as one.
And yet, space is dead. It is unsophisticated matter floating in a void, as if the planets and stars are plots on a graph, all joined by the syncopated symphonies of purge and renewal, and the blankness between them is simply nothing, barely a vestige of its potential.
It's fascinating, really, how everything came to be. The atoms didn't *have* to come together. They didn't *have* to be what they are. They didn't *have* to form worlds within walls within cemetaries within oceans. They didn't *have* to become light, or cells, or acids, or metals.
And yet they did.
[[What kind of innovative technology do we have to design in order to live in space?]]
The answer is simple.
There are six things a human needs to **survive**. They are: air, food and water, shelter, clothing, and light.
Once we meet all of these requirements, we can **survive** in space. Here are some solutions to some of the problems we can face in living in space.
[[Air.]]
[[Food and water.]]
[[Shelter.]]
[[Clothing.]]
[[Light.]]
**Air**
The air that we breathe in is a mixture of gases. Of the air we breathe in, about 21% is oxygen, while 78% is nitrogen, and the remaining 1% contains trace amounts of argon, carbon dioxide and methane.
**Kuuki Bubble**
With a technology that creates an air bubble around a human territory, we can expand into space. The bubble needs to made of a light, thin, flexible material capable of withstanding high internal pressure, sharp trauma, and being able to be mended easily.
Because there may not even be an atmosphere outside of the bubble, the air pressure inside will be higher. This may be a problem if there is a leak, unless the technology is based off airlocks in space shuttles and satellites, or submarines. There could be more than two layers to keep air from escaping easily.
The air itself can be imported from Earth and reproduced using plants' photosynthesis, assuming there is a source of [[light->Light.]] energy for it.
**Shelter**
Shelter protects things from the elements, and is a place that has a roof.
**New Homes**
Unless these homes are to be constructed under the [[Kuuki Bubbles->Air.]], they do not need an air containment function.
This units could exist as a "hive", with interrconnected homes all under one roof to share the air, or they can be stand alone. Their rooves could all be outfitted with additional solar technology for private use.
They could be domes or pyramids at first, as those have the strongest structures. Or they could be cubes, to utilise more area. Their foundation would need to be suitable for the planet's ground. This is all depending on having a stable environment to contain a settlement of humans, including a steady supply of [[food and water->Food and water.]], [[energy->Light.]], and [[Air.<-air]].
**Clothing**
We need to have some sort of portable insulation to put on our bodies as evolution has caused our body hair to suffer an attrition of about 90%. It can also for protection from some physical attacks, and radiation.
**Takumi Spacewear**
Living on a planet without a strong magnetic field like Earth can cause skin cancer due to high amonts of UV radiation from the Sun.
The spacewear will need to have an insulation and cooling function, protection against UV rays, and possibly a way to emulate the gravity on Earth, if low or high gravity has negative health effects on humans. Our [[shelters->Shelter.]] will also need these functions.
**Light**
Light is the most reliable source of energy in space. It is the source of all energy on Earth, creating winds, fossil fuels, and life. It can be transformed into many forms of energy with the right technology.
**Hina Panels and Batteries**
Cheaper, more efficient solar energy converters and storers. That is what we need if we are to colonise space. It could be a revolutionised version of the solar panel.
There is a currently existing design for solar panels with curved mirrors that focus light at a point. Perhaps this can be implemented into this design.
<img src="http://www.seia.org/sites/default/files/Solar-technology-CSP.jpg" width="548" height="365" alt="Two foxes">
There is also the problem of losing energy as heat, although that energy could be transferred to do something useful, like for cooking or powering energy plants. It's likely there won't be enough to do the latter, though.
We would need warmth to stay alive, so we also need [[clothing->Clothing.]].
**Food and water**
These are the most vital things for our survival. Without them, our bodies would run out of energy and die.
**Moiizhu Food and Water Supplier**
Easily transportable and storable food and a water storage. These resources are precious until we can [[grow our own->Air.]], and can source our own water from the planet.
There is technology that allows food to be kept fresh in sealed packages for a long time, used by the US army, called MREs (Meal, Ready-to-Eat). This could be implemented for food sent to distant space colonies.
